• Wishlist Data: Products saved to your wishlist, stored in your account via Firebase Firestore.
• Cart Data: Items added to your shopping cart, stored locally in your browser's local storage.
• Device & Usage Data: Anonymous usage data collected via Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, session duration, device type, and browser information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfil product orders and vehicle bookings.
• To communicate with you regarding orders, bookings, confirmations, and customer support.
• To pre-fill forms for convenience during checkout or booking (using locally stored contact details).

4. Data Storage & Security

• Firebase (Google Cloud): User accounts, order records, bookings, and wishlist data are stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Authentication, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Local Storage: Cart data and contact details (name, phone, email) used for form pre-filling are stored locally in your browser. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is cleared when you clear your browser data.
• Payment Data: We do not store, access, or log any card numbers, mobile money credentials, or sensitive payment information. All payment processing is handled directly by Pesapal's secure systems.
• Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, Firebase Security Rules, rate limiting, and input sanitisation to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and hosting services. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Anonymous website usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is shared. See Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

• Our platform uses browser local storage to save your shopping cart, theme preferences, and contact details for form convenience.
• Firebase and Google Analytics may set cookies for authentication and anonymous usage tracking.
• We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will remove your cart data and saved preferences.

• Upon account deletion, your profile data is removed from our database. Residual data in backups may persist for a limited period before being permanently purged.
